Gayle Creasey

Typical client issues

It is inevitable that some leaders and managers will experience emotional difficulties, either as a result of events in their personal life, or in coping with specific challenges at work.  Gayle, a qualified mindfulness teacher and coach, provides employee assistance on a one-to-one basis.  Organisations typically choose to engage Gayle when they wish to offer a member of staff some targeted support.  For example, for employees who:

  • are returning to work following maternity leave
  • are experiencing anxiety or depression
  • have experienced a loss or illness
  • are struggling with balancing personal and work life

  • Draws on mindfulness and other techniques to enable clients to feel they have tools to begin to manage their emotional state with more steadiness
  • Creates a trusting, confidential, supportive relationship that is a space for being supported as well as  appropriately challenged around ingrained and limiting mindsets
  • Uses creative techniques, where appropriate, to introduce fresh ideas and perspectives into ways of coping with life challenges
  • Enables clients to become more embodied in their self-awareness, and to learn how to bring awareness to somatic experience as a proven technique for transforming embedded patterns
