Releasing authentic leadership

We specialise in developing authentic leadership through individual and team coaching, as well as through tailored development programmes.  Much of our work is with senior leaders and their teams, identifying and drawing out leadership talents, and supporting leaders to translate those talents into positive changes in performance.  In our approach we bring particular emphasis to:

  • cultivating self-awareness as the bedrock of authentic leadership
  • embracing ambiguity and complexity as the basis for innovation, visioning and strategic thinking
  • understanding key stakeholders and the role of organisational influence
  • harnessing the talent of individuals and teams
  • translating awareness and insight into tangible shifts in performance.

Drawing on the latest research from neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness, we provide a structured approach to releasing individual and collective potential.  Our experienced coaches are qualified in a range of psychometric and 360 tools, as well as having at least 15 years experience in one-to-one and/or team development, or in working with groups.
